Emmanuel Odigie is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with two decades of distinguished professional experience. He provides strategic legal guidance across a wide range of practice areas, including Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Property Law, and Employment Law.
As a corporate and commercial solicitor, he regularly advises individuals, businesses, and institutions on business formation, complex contractual relationships, and regulatory compliance. His practice is characterise by meticulous attention to detail, rigorous analytical skills, and a unwavering focus on achieving favourableoutcomes for his clients. Imariagbe Godwin Asawota is a distinguished Legal Practitioner and Business Professional with over fifteen years of experience in corporate law, contract management, and organisational development. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009, he has cultivated a versatile career that seamlessly integrates legal expertise with business strategy.
Godwin now leads the firm’s contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance functions, with a particular focus on real estate, oil and gas, and engineering projects. He advises a diverse range of organisations on dispute resolution, corporate governance, and contract structuring, offering tailored guidance that aligns business operations with ethical and regulatory standards. He holds an LL.M in Business and International Law and an MSc in International Business.
